Kevin Walsh brings over 25 years of construction project management and executive operations experience to MBP Financial Solutions. Kevin has managed executive-level staff, including holding companies with multiple operating units, and led organizations through periods of historical change, including growth, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures. He has championed organizations through strategic and operational leadership, covering all aspects of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. Kevin’s knowledge includes building relationships through business development to pre‐construction planning, engineering management, material lay‐down and logistics control, and equipment and workforce utilization. At the height of his construction career, Kevin managed projects ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion in various market sectors. He is passionate about providing a better way to deliver construction services and has applied intellectual property in multiple areas.
