John D’Adamo has over 45 years of progressive construction management experience representing owners on various commercial, federal, industrial, municipal, and residential projects totaling over $6 billion.
He has complete and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction management process, including financial budget analysis and control; contract procurement, negotiation, and administration; scheduling and schedule management; cost estimating; design and engineering management, claims analysis, feasibility studies, and development analysis; project cost accounting; project quality control and assurance; and business development. Throughout his career, John has gathered vast experience in project development and consulting and has worked with investors, banks, sureties, and owners with a keen sense of financial matters in construction.
