Kevin Lugo has over 30 years of varied engineering and management experience on projects for owners, design professionals, contractors, and attorneys. Kevin’s expertise includes heavy construction (power, highways, bridges, subways, water/wastewater treatment, and utilities) and buildings (higher education, K-12 schools, hotels, plants, offices, housing, and military facilities). He has been involved in many project delivery methods, including multi-prime, design-bid-build, construction management at-risk, design-build, engineer procure construct, and public-private partnerships.
Kevin has extensive experience in CPM scheduling, cost estimating, management, resident engineering, field inspection, constructibility review, preparation, analysis, evaluation of construction claims, negotiation, testimony, and litigation support services. He provides training in delay analysis, project documentation, CPM scheduling, project controls, and roadway construction techniques and inspection.
