Tony Manning is a seasoned construction executive and consultant with over 43 years of experience across a broad range of market sectors and contract delivery systems, including construction contracting, development, and consulting.
Tony has held positions ranging from Project Engineer, Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President, and Executive Vice President for some of the largest construction companies in the world. As a construction contracting executive, Tony was responsible-in-charge of business unit financial/P&L management and performance. He has also held positions of Director of Construction Management for Development and Vice President/Senior Vice President for respected construction consulting firms. Tony’s experience and core competencies include construction business and project planning, execution and performance, claims avoidance, analysis, expert reporting and testimony, CPM scheduling/analysis, project management, pre-construction/cost estimating, and cost control and performance analysis.
