Seth Rudolph brings more than 25 years of construction operations and executive finance experience to MBP Financial Solutions. His experience covers all facets of construction finance, from overseeing multi-billion-dollar proposals to large-scale project finance to leading business unit and corporate finance teams in both publicly traded, private equity-owned, and privately owned organizations. Seth has managed companies through vast levels of change, including new business start-ups, leading both the buy-sell side of mergers and acquisitions diligence, integrating businesses to include finance and non-finance functions, and helping companies through financial distress. He brings a level of construction experience, financial acumen, and composure to very challenging financial circumstances to help operations as well as external stakeholders through challenging times. Over the course of his career, he has helped three companies out of bankruptcy and managed 12 mergers and aquisitions transactions.
